Frozen pipes ruins apartment, need housing

A family of 6 (two parents and 4 young children) had the heater go out in their rental unit. The pipes froze and burst resulting in the building being temporarily condemned until repairs can be made. They are current with rent and have income via employment. They are seeking help to pay for temporary stay at hotel and/or assistance in locating a 3 bedroom apartment to rent in the Belle Plaine area for $1000-1300 per month. Their hotel voucher ended today and they are on the wait list for shelter, but there are not currently any openings.
