Formerly Homeless Family Needs Help with Vehicle

We are supporting a mom and son in our program who were formerly homeless and have been working hard to maintain stability. The son just turned 18, is graduating high school, and has been working at Sam’s Club while making plans to attend college and take the right next steps toward independent living. His mom works as a server, and together they’ve come a long way in rebuilding their lives. They do have a vehicle, but it hasn’t run for a while. Reliable transportation is a critical next step for this young man to get to work, attend college classes, and eventually transition out on his own. We are trying to raise $1,780 to complete the necessary repairs and get this car back on the road for them. If you or someone you know is able to help with part or all of this need, please reach out.
