What caused this need?
Family of three is struggling to meet rent this month and is facing possible eviction. Husband is disabled and recent health complications have required the wife to provide full-time care, preventing her from being able to work outside the home. Four year old son also has a serious chronic medical condition. Family is waiting for MNChoices assessment which will hopefully provide waivered services, so the wife can return to work.
