Family just moved to area and does not have the funds for extras.

I am working with a family that moved to the Shakopee area within the last month. Mom is working on getting a scholarship to have her daughter (10) attend some of the Shakopee Community Education Summer Camps. Mom reports she was told that the scholarships are one per family and they are hoping to get her daughter in some additional programs this summer. With being new to the area the family is hoping to get the 10 year old involved in the community in a healthy and fun way. We?re looking for donations any size to enroll her in programs from one day camps to week long camps and/or other free-reduced ideas and/or programs in the Shakopee area for 10 year old girls.Cassie Reimers, LSW Scott County Health and Human Services Government Center 300 200 Fourth Ave. W.
