Family in need of a new bed
A family I work with is in need of a new bed. They had to move to a new apartment building and get rid of their furniture due to an insect infestation in their old apartment building. They have been able to secure a safe place for their baby to sleep again but the parents have been sleeping on the floor with sheets. They work very hard but have had a hard time affording things recently and are not sure when they'll have extra funds to be able to purchase a new mattress and bed. A community member donated their king bed that was fairly new that they needed to remove before moving. The family was also given dishes and silverware!
