Family experienced homelessness.
Another social worker and I have been working with a family of four in Shakopee over the past 8 months. During this time the family has been able to work themselves from homelessness to a one-room living situation. On top of improving their living situation the family has also made progress in many other areas. Although this living situation is a great improvement for them their space is still limited as they have four people in their one room place. This family could really use some help obtaining organization supplies. White boards and items to track chores were donated - thank you! The family still needs a container and folders to keep important documents and paperwork. A gift card to office max would also work wonderfully for this family.
