My client is in need of a payment to Xcel Energy in order to turn her electricity back on. She suffers from serious and persistent mental illness and is certified disabled. Her only income is the Social Security that she receives. Unfortunately, there was a lapse in her social security, and she has no electricity or food in her home at the moment.$250.00 of $250.00
