Elderly gentleman on fixed income needs help paying his car tabs by the end of January. Normally he would not require assistance but due to recent heart surgery some unexpected expenses occurred that insurance didn't cove so he ended up paying $295.00 out of pocket. Any amount of assistance towards this need would be greatly appreciated.
