Education Assistance – Technology Needed
We're seeking support to help a dedicated student at Hennepin Technical College in Eden Prairie who is working toward a 2-year Associate of Arts and Science Degree in Carpentry. One of the key classes in their program is an online blueprint reading course, which requires access to a reliable laptop, something he currently don't have and does not have additional funding for at the time. His classes start on August 26th, so time is a factor as well. This individual is deeply committed to his education and his long-term goal is joining the carpenters union and securing a stable, well-paying job in the carpentry industry. He is investing in a future built on hard work, craftsmanship, and community contribution and a laptop is a vital tool to help them get there. Your donation would directly support his ability to complete coursework, participate in online learning, and stay on track toward graduation and career success. Every bit helps, and your generosity could be the foundation for someone’s brighter future. https://www.walmart.com/ip/2025-Newest-Laptop-15-6-Inch-FHD-Display-Laptop-16GB-RAM-1TB-Intel-Quad-Core-12th-N100-Up-3-4GHz-ROM-Business-Computer-Fingerprint-Type-C-Windows-11/16373550896?sid=aad399ba-9b2f-48bd-a6f0-7d9dadf66926 Thanks!$25.00 of $325.00

This individual is currently living independently in Shakopee, maintaining a full-time job, and working to get back on his feel and establish himself in his community. He has been having some financial difficulties and is prioritizing rent, food, health and safety with his income and does not have enough extra funding to purchase a laptop which is a large part of his classes at Hennepin Tech. Their are some limitations due to this individual's history where a new computer is needed as he is prohibited from purchasing any used electronics.
