A teen has been accepted into a treatment program this summer. The program requires a $50 damage deposit along with a $50 activity fee at the intake meeting. The treatment costs are covered by insurance, but parent needs help with these additional fees at the intake meeting. The intake is scheduled for 6/19/23.
