What caused this need?
Deaf woman with disabilities needs money ASAP to pay cable bill and phone bill. If these bills are not paid she will be cut off and will have no way to communicate with the outside world. She had a job , but developed carpal tunnel syndrome and has been given orders by her Dr. that she can no longer type or do anything with her hands.
