Couple needs assistance with past due electric bill. Gentleman was out of work for a couple of months due to mental health issues. His fiancee works part time providing home health care. They fell behind and although the gentleman is in therapy and is now working construction they have been unable to get caught up. Xcel Energy will only accept the full amount and then will set up a budget plan for them. The CAP Agency says they are unable to help as he now earns too much. Any assistance would be appreciated.
