What caused this need?

I am writing to you on behalf of my client. She lives off of her GA grant and makes do on a very tight budget. My client had an unfortunate situation happen in her apartment that resulted in a drain clog that necessitated the need to pay for plumber's fees. She owes $210. My client has been grappling with mental health issues, including agoraphobia. Unfortunately, due to the challenges associated with her condition, she inadvertently caused damage to her apartment. While she learned from this experience and has taken steps to avoid any future issues, the financial burden of repairing the damage has been overwhelming. After all of her bills, she has less than $20 with which she might purchase necessities. Alleviating this financial burden will go a long way to helping my client focus on other aspects of her health and wellness and help her maintain her housing stability. Thank you so much for your time and consideration. Your help would truly lift a heavy burden from my client's shoulders.
