Client is seeking a new couch for his rental. He has been couch-hopping/doubled up for a significant amount of time and has finally secured housing alongside a subsidy. His income is extremely limited has no other way to get a new couch on his budget. He is concerned about taking in a free or used couch due to the risk of bed bugs.
