However, we need someone to either assemble the trike at the client's home in Savage or pick up the assembled trike at a nearby Walmart and deliver to her home. What caused this need?
Client is unable to financially afford a car or car insurance but is interested in receiving an adult tricycle for access to the community. Client feels that having a tricycle will allow her to be independent in the community and allow her to go to stores close to her home when she wants and not depend on a bus schedule or caregiver that only comes weekly with limited time.
