Client had a history of drug use, but successfully completed inpatient and outpatient treatment and has demonstrated sobriety. Client has been homeless with her 3 daughters for a year and most recently was residing with her parents in a small apartment. She struggled to find housing due to her criminal history but has secured housing now.
