What caused this need?

Child 12yr. old suffered a stroke last month with no prior warning. Now with appts. twice weekly for rehab and additional diagnosis to formulate a treatment option parents are concerned with reliability of their vehicle with all the extra driving and loss of income for medical appts. With six children extra financial burden will be very difficult
