I am the Saint Francis Regional Medical Emergency Department Social Worker. I have a mom and child in the emergency room after experiencing domestic violence. The child needs a toddler car seat - like a "all in one" convertable car seat. Still needs to be able to be backward facing but also if could transition to forward facing as the child grows that would be ideal. Car seat should weight range from like 20-40 pounds preferred or larger range would be even better.
