Car Repair Needed
I am reaching out to the county for help, I have been facing hardship for the last few months. I am a month behind on my house payments and utility bills, I have been looking for work everywhere I can, I am a single mother of a 17 year old girl. I do not receive child support, I did have someone move into the basement of the house a while back, but I did not receive any of the rent money since February, this arrangement had allowed me to work as a special ed para, but without the rent money, my salary was not able to cover all I needed to provide for my child. Because of the uncertainty of the covid lock down, it was difficult to find out if we would be going back to work or how to proceed. We survived on my savings but now, I don't know what else to do. To make matters worse, my car broke down two weeks ago, I finally had a local shop run a free diagnostic, they advised this morning, the water pump broke and needs immediate repair and transmission, is it not safe to drive it and would have to be towed back to my house if I can't get the repair done. This is been extremely difficult, it is affecting us terribly. I hope you can find a way to help me please. $696 needed to repair the water pump.$0.00 of $696.00
