Brittany is a 15 year old girl who will be starting high school this year as a freshman. She is a "plus" sized girl who has limited funds to shop for back-to-school clothing. Brittany comes from a one-parent household with limited funds. She is the oldest of two children. Her family lives in subsidized housing and her mother has limited funds. Because of Brittany's special clothing needs, it is difficult for her mother to buy clothing that will fit her daughter and be styled for a high school student. Brittany has been working on trying to lose weight by being more physically active. Brittany would like to start school with some new clothing that fits her appropriately and would be appropriate for a high school student.
