What caused this need?
Both of this dedicated student's parents are currently unemployed and are unable to cover the remainder of the costs for her participation in Model Assembly. She participated last year and really benefited from the program, and if her parents don't receive more financial assistance, she won't be able to participate this year. The YMCA has covered 65% of the costs thus far.
