What caused this need?
A young single mother and her 9 year old daughter have been accepted to move into their own apartment in Belle Plaine. She was previously homeless, and doesn't have anything she needs for her new place. The client is part of the Rapid Rehousing program at the CAP Agency and will have assistance paying her rent and housing expenses going forward. The CAP agency is helping this client with rent/housing expenses through the Rapid Rehousing program. We are also giving this client a microwave and some miscellaneous dishes/utensils/silverware. She is still in need of the rest of the items listed. Any small donations can be delivered directly to me at the CAP agency if possible to get to the client, but larger donations like furniture will need to be delivered to the client's apartment in Belle Plaine as she has no transportation to move items.
