What caused this need?

A young, homeless mother has secured temporary housing with a friend. This friend has been a great support this this mom by helping with transportation, helping with food and giving them a safe place to live. The family is worried about cooking a Thanksgiving dinner together as they are financially unable to do so. Any help towards this family would be great. Thank you!
