What caused this need?
A super teenager is interested in voice lessons. She has found few activities of interest and voice lessons are something she'd like to try. She has had struggles at home and at school. Voice lessons would create a great opportunity to build confidence and broaden her social network. Community Education has already reduced the cost of the lessons. Her family is unable to accommodate the remaining $90.
