What caused this need?
A student I am working with deals with depression. Her symptoms become noticeably worse in the fall and winter. Her father passed away last year and her mother is struggling emotionally and financially with the loss of her husband. They are on a very tight budget. This student takes school very seriously and is proud of her grades. She would like to try Light Therapy to help manage her depression. She has done research on which light would be beneficial and has found one that can be purchased through Amazon for $136.
