What caused this need?

A motivated client with mental and chemical health issues is now residing in a supported living situation and is eager to return to work. Transportation is the immediate obstacle. Because he is residing in Shakopee (and with the weather getting nice) he would be able to bicycle to a number of potential worksites. HE NEEDS A BIKE! Client has just completed a treatment program and has "zero" financial resources. He is very motivated to work.
