What caused this need?
My client lives on a tight budget. All of her income comes from social security disability payments. She is unable to stand or sit for long periods of time, which leaves her unable to supplement her income with a part-time job. We have searched for other options through the humane society, as well as the UMN-TC Vet program, but have been unable to find resources that are applicable.
