What caused this need?
A 9th grade student's mental health issues get in the way of attending school. This 9th grader may only attend 2-3 days of school or less a week. When this student attends school, school is a strength. However since school attendance has been an issue, school work is becoming an issue. The student has agreed to work on a reward system and stated that only missing one day would equal a reward for a gift card on Friday. This student was excited about this potential idea. There are other rewards that do not cost money as well that have been thought of. Thank you for any help towards this student.
