FISH Second Thursday Meeting – Appreciating Life’s Challenges

Gospel is a speaker, educator and a coach. He was born in Nigeria and later migrated to a refugee camp due to a civil war. He spent 3 to 4 years there and then was resettled to the U.S. in 1998. After studying Psychology at Lincoln College and Augsburg University, he now works as an Equity and Inclusion Specialist for the Shakopee School District. Gospel’s message is centered around the love of God, diversity, mental health, resiliency, community building and much more. Through his experiences, Gospel’s message helps us understand and appreciate all the good that life has to offer while working through the challenges.
