Money for Housing
A mother of 3 kids who just received legal custody of her 5 grandchildren had to leave the home she was renting due to the person she was renting from harassing her. They have found a home to rent but due to her leaving and having to spend money on hotels she doesn't have the money needed for deposit and first months rent. The renter has agreed to let them move in this weekend but she needs the money first. The family reached out to us while we were hosting an event at St. Michael Church, they came up and asked if we could help them.
