What caused this need?
This young man was in foster care for much of his teenage life. He recently decided to try and live independently and had much difficulty. He has been unable to find employment and was homeless for numerous months. He has since come back to Scott County for support and help in securing employment and a stable living environment. Youth has no money and very little clothing as he has essentially been living on the street. He is hopeful and serious about turning his situation around but specifically needs appropriate clothing to have a better chance of obtaining employment.
